Frank Taylor 
President and CEO
Frank Taylor has executive produced or served as executive in charge of production for more than 250 half-hours of television programming, with budgets totalling over $60 million.
In an entertainment career that has spanned more than 30 years, he has organized annual film and television industry trade forums for both the Toronto and Montreal international film festivals; served as director of planning and development for the Toronto International Film Festival; owned and operated a first-run movie theatre; distributed foreign films across Canada; and served as executive director of the Canadian Film Institute and the Ottawa International Animation Festival.
Frank’s extensive knowledge of the film and TV industry has garnered him invitations to speak at universities, colleges, and film and television trade events from Washington, D.C. to China.
Dulcie Clark
Chair and COO
Dulcie Clark has worked in the animation industry since 1988, and is the founder and CEO of
PIP Animation Services, which is celebrating 11 successful years in the animation industry. During the nine years prior to the opening of her own studio, Dulcie filled various senior animation company roles, from senior production manager to studio general manager, vice-president of finance, senior vice-president/COO, and executive in charge of production. She has overseen all facets of the production cycle, including budgeting, scheduling, project-management, cashflow, and production reporting.
Sean Kiely 
Senior Vice-President Operations
Sean Kiely brings to Title Entertainment a wealth of knowledge garnered through 25 years in the Canadian film and television industry in large-event management, television production, broadcast policy, operational and strategic planning, marketing and communications, and sponsorship.
He has served as a senior vice-president with the Canadian Association of Broadcasters; vice-president of programming for Fundy Communications Inc.; executive director and CEO of the 1996 XI International Conference on AIDS in Vancouver, B.C.; vice-president of production and operations/general manager for YTV Canada Inc.; and director of programming for both the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television in Toronto, and the Canadian Film Institute in Ottawa.
Sean joined Title Entertainment Inc. in February 2009 as the company’s senior vice-president of operations, and and has also recently acted as Title's producer of the Quantum to Cosmos science festival for the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics in Waterloo, Ontario.
Denyse Ouellette 
Producer
With over 20 years of experience in the animation industry, Denyse Ouellette is familiar with all business, technical, production, and reporting aspects of animation in multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional environments. Beginning as a cel painter in 1985, Denyse worked her way up to final checker and editor, head of paint department, supervisor of production, associate producer, studio production manager, and operations manager. She joined Title Entertainment in 2008.
Julie Fletcher 
Office Manager and Development Coordinator
Before joining Title Entertainment Inc. in 2007, Julie Fletcher worked as a freelance writer, editor, and researcher on projects as varied as university textbooks for Pearson Education Canada, screenplays, and merchandising and licensing style guides. Her career in the entertainment industry began at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, and has included stints at the Toronto International Film Festival and Toronto’s independent Bloor Cinema. At Title, she oversees day-to-day office management and evaluates and manages new properties and projects in development.
Laurie Singleton
Production Accountant
With more than 20 years of accounting experience, Laurie Singleton manages all aspects of production accounting for Title Entertainment. Throughout her 10 years in the entertainment industry, she has worked on numerous television and feature film productions and has managed all aspects of production accounting, including year-end financial statement preparation and providing documentation for federal and provincial tax credit submissions. Laurie joined Title Entertainment Inc. in April 2008.
